The Standing Committee (SC) meeting will take place in Larcaca (Cyprus) on 9 October 2025. This meeting will include a celebration of the 50 years Anniversary of the Convention. It will be preceded by the meetings of the Working Group on the European Union (WGEU) and the Working Group on Vision & Strategy will also convene on 8 October 2025.
The SC meeting will be followed on 10 October 2025 by a Technical Programme with speakers from the Federation of Swiss Watch Industry, Fischer Instruments, Metalor, the University of Cyprus, the Birmingham Assay Office (UK), and the Cyprus Assay Office. The moderator will the SC Chairman, Scott Walter (Edinburgh Assay Office). A visit to the Lefkara lace and silver village will take place the same day.
All events are restricted to Members, Applicants, Observers, Technical Programme Participants (TPPs) of the Convention as well as invited guests.
